Error playing Camera video recording (Windows 10, Camera app)

I have been using the Camera app in Win 10 to record short videos. The first few worked perfectly. Then something happened. I didn't change any settings and the recording seems to go smoothly, but when I try to play back the recordings, the I get the hourglass and then this error message.Can anyone tell me what is happening and how to fix it?
