While it may be completely unrelated to the update, it did happen at the same time. I have tried everything I can think of or find online. I have done a factory reset, run sfc /scannow several times, updated drivers, cleaned disk, and suspended search indexing. I have actually done several other things that I don't remember because my memory sucks.The only applications I use are AVG antivirus, 7-zip, and Steam (along with several games). The main problem is memory, with only Microsoft Edge and system apps open task manager shows that 75% of memory is being used. This wouldn't mean anything if
