Is it possible to turn off the finger detection on the touch screen so I can only use the pen on a surface tablet?

I'm an artist wanting to draw and learn how to do digital art and am using my surface go to help me get started, but the inputs are wonky on it and I decided that I would prefer the absence of being able to use my fingers or hand as an input and want to only use my pen and keyboard for the sake of not having to press ctrl+z everytime the tablet gets a bad input by my hands. Please if there's anyway I can do this let me know, thank you
