I got locked out of my laptop and even can't access my acer BIOS

So basically, there was an account slowly popping up, that also suddenly took my administrator rights the point when typing my password in my account is not working.I tried entering recovery mode and even factory reset the laptop but still end up at square one.And for some reason i suddenly have to enter a password on my (Acer) BIOS which i don't have..Please help me find a solution (because i need this laptop for school work and my marks mostly depend on them)
