I need help with an issue that I just can't really find an answer for. I bought an old CD rom from a used shop. (Xcom Enforcer, made in 2001) It works because it has a startup screen and plays music. Unfortunately the install button on that doesn't work. So I went to the files in the D drive and tried the setup.exe. That pops up with the usual "Do you want this program to make changes to your computer?" prompt, and I click yes, the cursor has the spinning icon for a few seconds, then nothing happens. I've tried multiple times. I've tried multiple compatibility settings including windows 95/98/
