Hi Microsoft agent,When I install the software "Examplify", it always pop-up a window reporting "Error 1920, Examplify service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.I ask the agency of "Examplify" and follow the 4 steps they suggest below, but it still doesn't work.1. Disable the anti-virus application and add the Examplify file path to the exclusions or exceptions list in the anti-virus software: C:\Program Files (x86)\Examsoft\Examplify\Services 2. Restart the Device 3. Ensure the anti-virus software remains disabled after restarting the device.
