An unkown application automatically change my Wallpaper when start up Window 10. How to find this application?

Hello everyone,Recently, my Windows 10 Home has problem that: an unknown application sometimes change my Wallpaper/Background image when I start up OS. The rate is unclear, just know that when I try to change back to my hobby Wallpaper, someday, this application will change to 'that Wallpaper'. I found 'that Wallpaper' is located at: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\RoamedThemeFiles\DesktopBackground with name メリクリるしあ.png (maybe an anime character).
