Changing motherboard of a prebuilt pc and regarding windows 10 in it

Hi,So I have bought a gaming prebuilt pc with windows 10 preinstalled already. Also contains m.2 ssd and HDD. Checked that it is OEM_DM channel from command prompt. The windows 10 itself is installed on to the m.2 ssd 256 gb. My question is that I am planning to upgrade the prebuilt motherboard (rebranded mATX ROG STRIX"ASUS ROG Strix GA15DH Mainboard B450 AM4 Micro-ATX Motherboard | eBay
