I recently switched to a different computer at work and can now no longer log in to my Adobe account. I primarily use it for Adobe Acrobat and I can't edit PDFs because I'm not logged in. The error message says 'Update Required' and I followed the link to learn more. The suggestion on the link is to update Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, which I have done and the problem persists. I also updated Windows but that didn't change anything either. At this point I'm not really sure what the issue is and don't have a lot of leads.
