Windows 10 on a virtual machine with the possibility of several users connecting at the same time (no Windows Server with RDS!)

Hi there, we would like to offer some of our customers the possibility to work on a virtual Windows 10 machine. That means that we have a virtual Windows 10 installation running in our datacenter and a customer connects to this machine (multiple users ast the same time) I've read about VDA Licenses etc. but i'm a bit lost. We don't want Windows Server and RDS, we really want a normal Windows 10 (or 11) installation. So my questions are: 1. Which version of Win10/Win11 do we need to download to install on a virtual machine where MULTIPLE USERS can login with their credentials at the same time?
