Live One Care anti virus

I have been having issues with my computer thinking that someones has access
to my computer due to wierd actions, on and off programs without me doing
anything to them. So I decided to purchase this Live One Care to fix the
problems.

My question is that I have uploaded to my computer and another computer with
this program but My computer status bar is FAIR but the other is GOOD . why
is this so? I have done evrything that the other computer has done.

Is their a web site that checks for threats and easy acces to my computer.

please help!
