I know how to turn notifications on and off. I know how to control the priority and frequency of notifications in the action center.However, it seems there is no obvious way to control the repetition of the same desktop popup notifications. In less than a minute, I may get flooded with the same notification pop up on my desktop 5-6 times or more. It gets even worse when more than one event is reported at the same time.
