The company I work for just issued me a new laptop. The old laptop was running Windows 10 Enterprise, build 17763. The new laptop is running Windows 10 Enterprise, Build 19043. On the old laptop, all files were displayed as icons, on both the desktop and in the File Explorer, except for images and videos, which showed as thumbnails. Also, icons for non-empty folders showed correctly, with icons for the files inside. The new laptop defaulted to all files showing as thumbnails.
