Is there a way to do a clean uninstall of the Realtek Audio driver?

So I've been having problems with my audio drivers for the past 5 days, when I enter my device manager I get 2 different errors randomly:*This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.*This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.And sometimes I have no error but I have no audio, so what I do as a temporary fix is click on update driver and if I get the option to roll back driver it fixes temporary my audio but then I hear like a sizzling and then my audio disappears again and I get one of the 2 er
