Random Lag Spikes In Windows 10 21H2

Hello, I'm Maran a user of windows and for the past like 5-8 months I've had these terrible lag spikes, I get 500 FPS when playing Minecraft but then I drop to 5 and then come back up, I've tried everything but it all failed, I'm using an Acer Aspire 5 (I don't remember the rest of the name) and yeah so it gets annoying and makes my computer almost unuseable, And yeah I'd like any support I can get!
