Exact description on what is occurring:1. I have my web cam plugged in.2. I open up the camera app3. A video feed is showing (the camera works)4. I can take pictures5. However, when I hit the record button a. I hear the bleep noise, b. The video immediately stops and the feed goes black. c. I hear the bleep again and the camera's feed returns to normal (image is showing through the app)All this happens in a matter of 2-3 secondsI have tried nearly everything:- I followed this tutorial: Run>regedit> adding "EnableFrameServerMode" to the platform subfolder- I reinstalled the app.
