BSOD when I am opening nvidia control panel but not when doing gpu stress test

My laptop is started givig BSOD when doing BSOD when I am opening nvidia control panel but not when I am doing GPU stress test, I am using latest driver from nvidia and windows 10 is up to dated. Bios is also up to date. Also Used DDU nothing helped.
