Microsoft Account issues. 8 hours on chat with 5 different microsoft departments and I still cant get help with this, including a screen share.

I only have one account. Recently I had to reset Your Phone Companion and my Phone. I followed all the prompts, (I did this over 5 times). And by linking The Phone on my PC through the app, your phone companion it no longer links my phone on devices under Android or IOS devices on Microsoft account page, It says I have 0 Mobile devices linked. 1: I only have one Microsoft account, I have One Drive account truned on, and Phone companion turned on in manage accounts, my Samsung account is also linked to my microsfot account and it is all turned on and active withni the phone, However after 5 att
