So things have been normale until the day before yesterday when I began to notice that my Warframe began to act slow so I tried lowering the video settings to the minimum yet it continued to play at a low framerate. I used Task Manager to see what was going on and I realized that my CPU usage was at 99% and Warframe was using a large portion of it (around 50 - 60%) when it never did that before. I tested this w/ other games/apps (even my web browser) however they all had the same problem.
