change brightness, the bar is working and the functions keys too PLEASE READ

Hello i have an acer aspire 3 415-42 with windows 10. processor AMD Athlon 30u with vega radeon vega mobile gfxAll drivers are updated.my screen adapter is an AMD Radeon (TM) Vega 3 graphicsand the monitor is an BOE BOE7CE ( IT USED TO BE GENERIC MONITOR PNPBUT THE BIRIGHTNESS WONT CHANGE EITHER).the thing here is that the brightness bar appears in configurations and with functions keys it goes up if i press the brightness key and it gown down if i press the another one. but in fact the brightness does not change at all.the only way that i have to attenuate the brightness just a bit is
