High Definition Audio Device drivers missing after update

Device name I10X Processor Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU Z3735F @ 1.33GHz 1.33 GHz Installed RAM 2.00 GB System type 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor After windows update not audio / not touch screen responding, both drivers are missing .I have try installing drivers , i have reimage my tablet but still not working.Thank you
