Okay, so I have an MSI Z170A Gaming M7 Motherboard, which natively supports Realtek drivers. I downloaded a driver from the manufacturers website - which works fine by the way - but with this driver installed (or any Realtek driver installed), my main playback device does not have the Enhancements tab in the Sounds settings window. I tried changing the audio driver to "High Definition Audio Device", and that works too when it comes to actually playing back the sound, it also has the Enhancements tab, but for some reason, it is really quiet.
