Hi can anyone tell me how can I enable my eternal keyboard again cause I reset my laptop like I reset that deletes everything even chrome and Microsoft excel & etc. then my keyboard don't work only the power key and f1 keys but the other key letter don't work caps lock and power button indicator don't light up when I caps lock it and there's no keyboard on device manger i have and external keyboard connected for now but i need to re enable my laptop keyboard so i can bring it anywhere i go please help me
