I did some stuff and now I can't Install anything on my PC nor can I save images Unless I drag them

So I was trying to uncheck read only for this file, and every time I did, it checked it self. after a while I came across a video which told me to go in windows PowerShell (Admin) and Clear Attribute ReadOnly on the Disk. I got confused so I cleared 3 disk with ReadOnly Attribute. after a while I tried to install something and I realized I couldn't Install it so I tried to install something else, it didn't work and then I tried save image as on a random image. to realize it didn't save nor install the image. now I am stuck and don't know what to do, nor can I find solutions for it. so if you
