Unable to ping hostname in diffrent network

I have win server (A) 2016 its IP 192.168.1. 20 this IP pingable through the local network with hostname & IP..Now I have a site to so site VPN and the second site network was 192.168.0.0/24 (Machine Win10)in this network Is able to reach A site network though IP but not from hostname .. I have added host entry of the server but no progress.Please guide it any solution..We don't have AD or DNS server in the network it s a local FTP server.
