I received this message yesterday and just called to question this order since I hadn't ordered anything. The person I spoke with said his name was James Myron and had a very heavy accent and I couldn't understand him and told him he must not understand me either because he kept insisting he could cancel this order but I have to go to a website. I asked for someone who spoke better English and I still had a hard time understanding the next person. He kept saying, no problem, I can help you, all you have to do is go to this website. I told him the message I received said to call this number
