Ethernet won't work after installing Hyper-V

Hello,I installed Hyper-V, and set up a virtual machine, but after I shut it down, I noticed my internet doesn't work. I looked at task manager, and it didn't detect the network card. I looked at device manager, and it said my card under network adapters, but it had a warning sign. I got into properties, and it said: "Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device.(Code 56)". I tried uninstall device, and rebooting, I tried resetting network settings, I tried uninstalling Hyper-V, but it still didn't work.My network card is a Realtek PCIe card, and I'm on Windows 10.Hope s
