In my PC with WINDOWS 10, How can resolve, my WIFI network adapter always slips to all network adapter ?

Dear Sir, I am using HP NOTEBOOK PC, with WINDOWS 10, In that, when I am doing to browse in my PC, , my WIFI network adaptor is always slipped to "ALL NETWORK ADAPTOR" , which is not in the list but where there are Bluethooth & Ethernet adapters, but these two are not connected.
