DRM content first the screen goes black and then the sound from speaker is not coming.Video is Playing.

I attend my classes on dell inspiron pc. The classes are DRM protected.When I start them, first the pc screen goes black and then it loads after no sound comes from speaker. If check in the control panel whether the sound is coming,it shows green bars however no sound comes.But bluetooth and wired headphones work.When I play things on youtube, the sound from speaker is fine. It happens on chrome,edge and firefox.Driver:Intel(R) Display Audio updatedWindows is updated.Please Help!
