Hello,My Canon PIXMA MX410 printer and scanner not recognized by pc, may need to haveits driver updates. The Canon site is useless they do not even have my Canon !So I do not know if it is the USB connection for scanner that needs update driver orthe printer/scanner itself.I am in a limbo.All advice and recommendations welcomeThank you
