Messed up Personal Folders Trying to Move from C to D

I need help please! My problem began when I tried to move my data files to from C to D. Something went wrong so stopped the process of changing the location of remaining folders in the properties box. Now I just want everything back to the way it was -- on the C drive. Some of my folders have the correct target, but list the wrong folder name and contain a complete duplicate of my Documents. I tried changing User Shell Folders values and that worked to some extent. I think I may have accidentally merged some folders. Here are creen shots. NOTE IN SCREEN SHOT BELOW THAT:(1) THE DOWNLOA
