Program keeps asking for pin even when it isn't blocked on son's computer

I have family safety on my son's gaming computer and every time he tries to open a specific program it asks for my pin. I do not have the program blocked, it isn't set to run as an administrator, and I have changed ownership of the program to him since it was set to administrator. I even gave him full access to the program (done thru the security tab in properties). However, it still keeps asking for my pin every time he tries to open it. The program is called Badlion Client and it's used for Minecraft. He has Windows 10. How can I stop it from asking for my pin without making his profile an a
