KB4023057: Update for Windows Update Service components, Windows 10 20H2 and 1909

I noticed that this update was reapplied on my Windows 11 Professional laptop on April 4th and that is a change to this update for Windows 10 20H2 as of March 22nd. The Microsoft Update Catalog does not have this update nor will I download this from a third party untrusted website. Could I request this update for Windows 10 20H2 and 1909?KB4023057: Update for Windows Update Service components (microsoft.com)
