Title says it all. I had just fixed the issue of settings and other windows apps not opening last week with a in-place install, and I was wondering if I need to do that again.EDIT: I ran sfc got corrupted files but was unable to fix some of them, ran DISM and got "the wof driver encountered a corruption" on both scanhealth and restore health, and the only options I can find for that involve opening settings which I can't do, or doing an in-place upgrade again, which it's looking like I'm going to have to do the latter.
