I have a Surface Pro 7 and yesterday I was suddenly unable to connect to any network at all. I ran the network troubleshooter and it says my Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz network driver is not operational. When I check my hardware and connection properties under settings it says my network driver is not operational but also that my Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is Not Present. I have tried the network reset, I have tried uninstalling the network driver, I have tried updating it, I have tried updating to windows 11, I have tried reverting back to windows 10. None of this has fixed the
