Why does apps and features say that its taking up 160 gigabytes, but the control panel says its only talking up 1.85 gigabytes?

I find it weird that my pc is taking up so much space, but the majority of it is being taken up by something I don't know. I've uninstalled a lot of stuff, cleared my disk space, and only 15 gigabytes were freed up. I've tried finding the massive source of my space being taken up, but I don't think that any of my apps could take up so much space, even together.
