For quite a while, my num pad 3 doesn't do anything when I press it(the page down functionality of the key doesn't happen either, as if the input isn't registered), all other keys work fine, pressing num lock does not fix it, I have also replaced my keyboard and the problem still persisted. I don't remember exactly what happened, but I think I had it set as a bind for a program I used to attempt to pair a bluetooth dongle to my dualshock 4 and I have long since uninstalled said program, though it could easily have been a completely different program I bound the key to.
