Is there a way I can copy multi texts into one file ?

Is there a way I can copy multi-texts into one file ?E.g. If I have 4 .txt ‘s for April 1st, 7 for April 2nd, 5 for April 3rd, etc., can I copy each text onto like an April file without having to go to each text and select/copy/paste them all individually ?
