I had to do a complete reset on my PC and reinstall Windows 10 (64 bit). I am able to print (HP Officejet Pro 8600), but I was unable to use Windows Fax and Scan. It indicated that it could not find my scanner. I followed instructions I found in the Community and went to Turn Windows Features On and Off and Windows F & S was not shown as an option. I uninstalled my printer and reinstalled it and updated the printer software and drivers from the HP website. I ran the printer's troubleshooter software from HP and everything check out okay and it printed the test page.As a last resort, I unin
