DISM error 14098 and Windows update failing to install KB5012599

Hello,as specified in the title, I'm having issues with my install of windows being unable to install the KB5012599 update (error 0x80073712), while at the same time I'm unable to run SFC and DISM commands as they always end in an error (“Component Store has been corrupted” for DISM).I have already tried running those commands from the windows install environment using a bootable USB but they end up with a similar result, with DISM getting the code 87 error, I have tried re-registering BITS Files and the Windows Update Files and other various fixes but none have helped.Is there anything I can
