Since there's actually no way to get CS help for your account I have to ask here. My current email is one I haven't used for years and want to delete it however I need to remove it from THIS account. Unfortunately my new primary email is showing up as having a Microsoft account or being taken, which is weird because that shouldn't be the case. I have never seen nor received any emails concerning Microsoft to that address and yes I am sure it's spelled as it should be. I need help sorting these two issues and am stunned at the appalling lack of customer service available. I really shouldn't be
