Recently whenever I turn my PC on, Windows will start beeping if I move my mouse while it's starting appliactions. It stops doing this after about 30 seconds, once all the appliactions that automatically starup when I turn on my PC (Discord, Steam, etc.) are booted. If I move my mouse when Windows is booting up it will stutter all over the screen, and beep constantly for a few seconds. Usually I just wait until everything has loaded to avoid this annoying beeping. I've looked it up, and stuttering and beeping mouse movements is possibly a sign of a broken mouse driver, however the fact this on
