cannot clean install windows 10 builds after 1909

I have a major problem.AFter i create a bootable pendrive and set it to boot prority my pc just doest enter the windows set up screen instead after showing motherboard logo it just restarts.I cant enter the windows set up screen which usually appears.Its the same with windows 11 .however windows 10 builds prior to 2004 works fine also linux also works fine.I even tried updating it but after installing updates pc just restarts and it is still on previous builds.
