I have a Verbatim External Slimline Blu-Ray Writer Model LPUBAA that I have used on both my desktop and laptop before without any issues. It's a plug and play that normally I can plug in and Windows will install the necessary drivers. Yesterday, I attemped to plug it into my MSI laptop, and it did not list as being a connected drive on my PC. When I checked under my connected USB devices, it did show up.
