So I was installing drivers for a GPU and the NVIDIA installer wasn't working so I went to boot options and used the disable the requirement for update/driver digital signature authorization and when I booted it back it tried to update something on windows and it said it had failed. After restarting my computer it booted up and I signed in. The first problem I noticed was not all my apps were on my desktop that was supposed to be there. Then I tried to use the start menu but clicking the windows icon did not make it pop up and nothing did. When i tried to go to Ms setting it wouldn't open eit
