Failed to create a System Image Backup in windows 10 ( Error Code: 0x807800C5 & 0XC03A0014 )

Can’t even get my first back up to work. Error 0x807800c5 with additional information saying “a virtual disk support provider for a specified file was not found (0xC03A0014)”. Images can be found below help is will be appreciated . There is also a error inside of the file on the drive a error log.
