Why is 4G LTE WiFi Modem switched to Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device #2

Here are my dongle specs : Review of "4G LTE WiFi Modem" hotspot - CNX Software . My dongle's MicroSD card and CD drive are not detected. my computer can access network from Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device #2 ( ethernet 4- network 10 ) just like plugging usb into internet phone.
