I've got a dell that won't boot up windows 10. When I run their start up stuff it says hard drive failure. So I bought a new one. Installed it and now nothing happens. Says I need a boot up disk or USB or the media tool which I can't get because Windows doesn't work. I'm at my wits end. I have an older windows 7 machine that won't run the media tool. And it won't upgrade to 10 no matter what I do. Granted to different issues. And I'm kinda mad at myself for buying a windows key even though it's useless. And an SSD...
