Windows Mail App - Merged contacts from 2nd Account

hi alli have a user who uses Outlook in daily work, but uses the Mail app to look after both the CEO and her own external mails, from a subsidiary company Both accounts have been added to the Mail app successfully, as separate accounts and work well. both of these accounts are also the same company (eg, not Outllok.com, Google etc)However, contacts have seemingly come down merged. what ever account i open and look at contacts, they are merged from one another. so there are contacts in both accounts, but should be in their own .Is there a way to prevent this?
