BSOD Clock_WatchDog_Timeout

HiI have been receiving the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD even after I installed a fresh Windows 10 Pro. I usually get this error when I do nothing and it just freezes by itself which seems peculiar. I even followed these steps as described in this link (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...dcrashes/142564be-93b9-4896-a3b8-adbbb6522023) and it didn't work out.
